At Haven Care Living, we provide high-quality community support services that empower adults to live independently, confidently, and safely within their local communities. Based in Northamptonshire, we support adults aged 18–65 across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas through flexible, person-centred support delivered in their own homes and community settings.

Community support at Haven Care Living focuses on helping adults stay safe, well, and as independent as possible in their own homes and local communities.
What community support involves?
Support delivered in people’s own homes and local areas, rather than in residential settings, so individuals can remain part of their community.
Flexible hours of support, from short visits each week to more intensive daily input, depending on needs and commissioned packages.
Help to manage everyday life, reduce isolation, and prevent crises or breakdowns in tenancies and family arrangements.
Day‑to‑day living and independence
Practical support with personal care, meals, medication prompts, shopping, and household tasks, with an emphasis on doing “with” not “for” people.
Support to manage appointments, correspondence, and budgeting, helping individuals build the skills and confidence to take more control over their lives.
Travel training and support to use public or accessible transport, so people can get to work, college, health appointments, and leisure activities.
